What are the payment methods at Top Phone UK?
- Top Phone UK has the best payment options: you can give a small down payment and divide the remainder into weekly installments. Entry can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon delivery, if you prefer. Payment of installments will be made by debit (weekly) to your checking account.
Do Top Phone UK products come with a warranty?
- New handsets have a 1 year factory warranty, used ones have a 3 year warranty months by Top Phone UK.
Is my device unlocked to work in other countries normally?
- All devices are unlocked and work anywhere in the world. p>
How do I release my device on ICloud?
- As a safety precaution, until the final payment of the specified amount, the device will be configured with an Apple Manufacturer (ICloud) cloud security lock. This lock will be automatically released after the payment of the installments due.
Can I use Top Phone UK's ICloud to download my apps?
- User is not authorized to enable sharing or change any settings from the device's TOP PHONE UK cloud. The user will be fully responsible in case of deactivation of shares in the cloud, especially which may result in the receipt of content such as photos, videos, malware, or the like.
How do I download my apps?
- You can normally use your personal ICloud on the Apple Store to eventually download your apps.
I forgot to pay my installment, what do I do?
- It is very important to always keep your installment payments up to date. As specified in your contract, from the 5th day of delay, the user will be penalized daily and after 14 days the device will be blocked.
What are the procedures for sending devices in for repairs?
- Before sending us your device for repair, please pay attention to the following instructions:
- End ICloud session;
- Disconnect from shopping apps like Uber, Deliveroo, etc.;
- Leave your screen unlocked;
- Log out of your email;
- Remove the protective cover;
- Remove your SIM card.
